3 exciting new IPOs to be aware of this week - First is QMines Limited, a NSW-based Mineral Resources explorer with 4 copper and gold projects in Queensland. QMines’ flagship project is the high-grade historic Mt Chalmers copper-gold project. Mount Chalmers has a 2012 JORC with inferred resources of 3.9MT @ 1.15% Cu, 0.81 g/t Au and 8.4 g/t Ag.
QMines is raising between $10,000,000 and $20,000,000 at an issue price of $0.30 per share. The offer opens today and will close on the 7th of April. The shares are expected to list on the ASX at the open of trading on the 21st of April.

Next on the block is EP & T Global. EP & T Global is an energy management solution company that reduces energy and water wastage and improves energy efficiency within commercial real estate. They are headquartered in Sydney but have offices in Hong Kong, Dubai and the United Kingdom.
EP & T Global is looking to raise $11,000,000 at an issue price of $0.20 per share. The offer opens on the 7th of April and will close on the 30th of April. The shares are expected to list on the ASX at the open of trading on the 12th of May.

And to cap of today, thirdly we have Global Lithium Resources Limited. Global Lithium Resources is a Pilbara focussed, lithium exploration and development company. The Company’s flagship project is the 100% owned Marble Bar Lithium Project (MBLP), a hard-rock lithium project located 180km south-east of Port Hedland in the Pilbara region of Western Australia – one of the worlds’ major hard-rock lithium provinces.
Global Lithium Resources Limited is raising $10,000,000 at an offer price of $0.20 per share. The offer opens on the 29th of March and will close on the 6th of April. The shares are expected to list on the ASX at the open of trading on the 10th of May.
